Cancellation due to processing delay

• Customers may request cancellation of their order if we are unable to process and ship their order within 14 business days of the purchase date.

Cancellation before shipment

If the item has already been ordered and is on its way to our store or if the order is ready to be shipped on the same day the cancellation is requested, it will still be possible to cancel the order.

A 5% fee will be applied to the product's sales price to cover the costs associated with the return process to the warehouse and Shopify payment gateway fees.

Cancellation not allowed after shipment

• Once the item has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

If you decide to cancel your order but the package has already shipped or is ready for pickup, simply refuse the package or let us know you won't be picking it up. We will process a full refund, less a 5% restocking fee, once we have received the return at our warehouse or store.

Shipping costs : Free within the Iberian Peninsula for purchases over €100, otherwise €10. The cost for other Spanish communities or other European countries will be determined at checkout.
