Pre-order

Pre-order mode

Products marked as "Pre-order" are not in stock at the time of purchase and will be specifically acquired for the customer through our network of European suppliers.

The price shown for products in Pre-order mode consists of two separate components:

The product price.
A search, location, and acquisition service equivalent to 10% of the product price.

When placing an order as a Pre-order, the customer contracts two independent services:

The purchase of the selected product.
The search, location, and acquisition service of the requested product.

Immediate start of the service and loss of the right of withdrawal regarding the service

Before completing the purchase, the customer:

You expressly request that the search and acquisition service begin immediately.
You acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed (i.e., when the product has been located and acquired for the customer), you will lose your right of withdrawal regarding that service according to Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national regulations.

Maximum shipping time and automatic cancellation

If an order placed as a Pre-order cannot be shipped within a maximum period of 10 business days from the receipt of the order, the order will be automatically canceled.

In this case, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including both the product price and the search, location, and acquisition service, using the same payment method used in the initial purchase.

Right of withdrawal regarding the product

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal regarding the product purchase contract.

In case of withdrawal:

The amount corresponding to the product will be refunded.
The amount corresponding to the search and acquisition service already performed will not be refunded.
