Shipping and return terms
- Shipping is free on orders of €99.99 or more to mainland Spain.
- Free shipping does not apply to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, any country outside Spain, or large Pop Mart figures.
- All shipments are handled by UPS (Standard or Express, depending on the zone) and include a tracking number.
- Express shipping only speeds up transport, not order preparation: for pre-orders, the item must reach our warehouse before it can be shipped, so the preparation time (1-10 business days) still applies even if you choose Express. Immediate dispatch after purchase only applies to in-stock products.
- Estimated transit time: Spain and mainland Portugal 24-48 business hours after dispatch; EU 2-4 business days; islands, Madeira, Cyprus and Malta 5-6 business days. This is in addition to order preparation time.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and match the standard shipping cost for your destination zone. Once your return is approved, we confirm the exact label cost.
- The original shipping cost of your order is not refunded on returns; only the product price is refunded.
