Veja was born from the trip Sébastien Kopp and François-Ghislain Morillion made to China in 2003: what they saw there about working conditions in the footwear industry led them to create a brand that combined social projects, economic justice, and eco-friendly materials. The first collection was released in March 2005. Alveomesh, the mesh used in this model, is made from recycled polyester and provides lightness and breathability.
Runner profile with a slightly higher midsole than the brand’s classic models and an upper made from Alveomesh. The palette combines Paros, Pierre, and Pekin: stone greys and neutral tones that give the model a technical look without relying on bright colors.
