The price shown for products in Pre-order mode consists of two separate components:

1. The product price.
2. A search, location, and acquisition service fee equivalent to 10% of the product price.

When placing an order in Pre-order mode, the customer contracts two independent services:

• The purchase and sale of the selected product.
• The search, location, and acquisition service for the requested product.

Immediate start of the service and loss of the right of withdrawal regarding the service

Before completing the purchase, the customer:

• Expressly requests that the search and acquisition service begin immediately.
• Acknowledges that once the service has been fully performed (i.e., when the product has been located and acquired for the customer), they will lose their right of withdrawal regarding this service in accordance with Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national regulations.

Right of withdrawal regarding the product

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal regarding the product purchase contract.

In case of withdrawal:

• The amount corresponding to the product will be refunded.
• The amount corresponding to the search and acquisition service already performed will not be refunded.

Product condition requirements

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with its original packaging and intact labels.

The customer will be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to check its nature and characteristics.
