Only twelve original pairs were made for the 1972 U.S. Olympic qualifying trials, turning each re-release into an almost archaeological piece of the brand’s history. The Soft Pearl Black colorway brings back that original design with a cream and black finish faithful to the 1970s prototype.
The silhouette retains the low, minimalist, lightweight profile of the original prototype: slightly more generous panels, a larger black Swoosh, and a rear tongue with a fold-down flap that makes them easier to put on.
