The Blancpain x Swatch Scuba Fifty Fathoms Atlantic Ocean pays tribute to the youngest ocean on Earth, the one that separates Europe and America and hosted the first great maritime exploration voyages. One of the five original models from the September 2023 collection — the first Blancpain × Swatch collaboration — which adapts the original 1953 Fifty Fathoms (the first true diving watch in history) to Bioceramic and the automatic SISTEM51 movement, significantly enhancing performance compared to the quartz MoonSwatch with water resistance of 91 meters and a real mechanical movement.
Design and Features
The Atlantic blue-toned Bioceramic with a unidirectional diving bezel and the Atlantic nudibranch printed on the SISTEM51 rotor visible through the transparent case back. The five inscriptions on the case: “Passion For Diving,” “Licence To Explore,” “Ocean Breath,” “Protect What You Love,” and “Immerse Yourself.”
