At the bottom of the page, you will find a form to make the return. Once you have requested the return through this form and it is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. It is crucial to include this email within the return package. If you receive the package without the return form included, unfortunately we will not be able to accept it.

Order Cancellation : Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait to receive it and follow our return process if necessary.

Product change: To change products, it is not necessary to place a new order, but it will be managed by communicating with customer service to speed up the process.

Return exceptions : We do not accept returns on products without flanges. We do not accept cash refunds for accessories (excluding sneakers and clothing); only exchanges or vouchers without expiration. We do not accept returns on damaged, modified or personalized products. It is very important to protect the product and packaging when making a return shipment. The return period is 14 calendar days from delivery .

We reserve the right to refuse the return or request compensation if the product or packaging arrives damaged.

Shipping costs : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund original shipping costs. We also accept returns in a physical store.

Refunds : If we approve your return, we will process the refund within 2-5 business days. It will be made through the original payment method. In-store purchases will receive a voucher without expiration. Special orders will also receive a voucher. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
