The name explains it all: the “V” comes from Vomero and the “2K” from Y2K, because the V2K Run was born in 2023 as a reimagining of the running catalog aesthetic from Nike’s early 2000s. Its clearest nod is the translucent plastic midsole, taken directly from the visual language of the Zoom Vomero 5. The Light Pumic finish with black and chrome takes it to its most metallic version.
The upper is built from layers of mesh and overlapping synthetic materials, with visible stitching and reinforcements that recall the sports engineering of twenty years ago.
