100 Steps for every 100€ you spend, worth 2€ off a future order. Higher levels earn more.

Save your birthday in the Club panel and get up to 250 Steps every year, depending on your level.

Your friends get 10€ off their first order from 80€. You get 500 Steps once their order is delivered.

Steps unlock 14 days after delivery. Pop Mart, gift cards and shipping don't earn Steps; watches earn half.

Questions
How do I join?
You're already in: everyone who orders from us is a member, free of charge. Sign in with the email you use at checkout to see your Steps.
When can I use my Steps?
Steps from an order unlock 14 days after delivery, as long as nothing in it is being returned. Until then they show as on the way.
What if I return something?
Returned items don't earn Steps. If a refund comes after your Steps unlocked, we take back the Steps for the refunded part. Exchanges keep their Steps.
Do Steps expire?
They stay valid as long as you earn or redeem Steps at least once every 12 months. Birthday Steps are valid for 60 days.
Can I combine a reward with other discounts?
A reward code stacks with the Hype and Grail order discounts. It can't be combined with other discount codes or with automatic sale discounts on the same item.
Where can I see my Steps?
In the Next Step Club panel (the button at the bottom left, or in the menu on your phone) and in your account.
