The KD18 is Kevin Durant’s eighteenth signature shoe. It debuted during the 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend in San Francisco as part of the Nike Black Label collection, with just 1,988 pairs available at the initial launch. It is built around a specific idea: a player as tall and mobile as Durant needs midfoot stability without sacrificing flexibility—something that is usually a contradiction.
The solution is a TPU cage in the midfoot, with a shank extending across the Cushlon 3.0 midsole and connecting the forefoot and heel Air Zoom units. The result is a system that locks the foot in during explosive movements without making the shoe rigid. Its low-top design and technical lines are partly inspired by the Air Terra Humara, a historic Nike silhouette.
