The Air Max Dn8 is the latest chapter in Nike’s Air Max family, introduced in 2025 as an evolution of the Air Max Dn. For this collaboration, Nike joined forces with Patta, Amsterdam’s iconic streetwear boutique known for its role in European sneaker culture, under the Get Familiar slogan: a campaign celebrating unity and community through a city-based launch with pop-up activations. The Dn8 silhouette uses two dual-pressure Air units and eight chambers that are in direct contact with the ground, allowing air to flow from heel to toe and providing more flexible, responsive cushioning than previous models. In this Patta version, the usual mesh is replaced with black patent leather featuring white cutouts, a new leather toe box is added, along with reflective 3M laces and a brushed metal carabiner as a hanging detail, as well as Patta branding on the tongue, insole, and Air unit.
