Australian studio HAL STUDIOS opened ASICS SportStyle's Signature Series in January 2026 with the Gel-NYC 2.0 SSHS, a project titled “The Architecture of Everyday Life”. The idea is to pay tribute to the surfaces nobody looks at in New York: the cold shine of scaffolding, the strength of steel beams, the roughness of concrete and the patina of rusted metal and grates. The Sulphur/Black version, known as Shaolin '93, is the boldest of the pack.
The Gel-NYC mixes ASICS archive running DNA with a layered urban aesthetic. HAL STUDIOS reworks it with a play of premium materials and textures that echo metal structures, in an intense sulphur yellow with black details that recalls construction signage.

Changing sizes is easy: request the return from your account under My orders, indicate the size you want in the comments, and as soon as we receive the item, we’ll send you the new size at no shipping cost. There’s no need to place a new order.
We’ll provide the return label via WhatsApp (SEUR or UPS in mainland Spain; UPS for all other destinations). Its cost is the standard rate for your area, for example €6.95 in mainland Spain. The item must be unused and have the Next Step Verified tag intact.
