The Volley Plimsole is a 1:1 reissue from the adidas archives: a model that, as its name suggests, was originally a volleyball shoe before becoming streetwear. The reissue respects the period details, from the canvas construction to the decorative stitching, and brings back one of the most distinctive soles in the archives: wavy, almost undulating, and impossible to mistake.
The canvas upper features the Three Stripes and heel tab in leather, with a suede reinforcement over the toe whose padding recalls that of classic football boots. In Core Black, the contrast stands out even more: black throughout the base, Cloud White details, and a gum sole completing the design in a caramel tone.
