The Jabbar is one of the oldest basketball silhouettes in the adidas archives, and in 2025 the brand brought it back, dressing it in the colors of national football federations ahead of the World Cup. This is the Home edition of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol, launched on November 15, 2025, through adidas Europe and a selection of stores across the continent: a high-top sneaker that translates La Roja’s jersey into the language of retro footwear.
The silhouette retains the original high-top cut with a padded collar, three side stripes, and a flat rubber sole designed for wooden courts. In this edition, red suede covers the entire upper, while the Federation’s embroidered crest and gold details replace the usual sports branding, turning the sneaker into a collector’s item for fans.
